Red Dot Miami Day Two Was Alive!

 In Show Recap

The first full show day at Red Dot Miami was a success. Thousands of attendees from all over the world flocked to the event to see stunning artwork from over 200 galleries hailing from as close as Miami and as far as China. Showgoers got to witness art being created live, see impressive installations, and purchase one-of-a-kind art from talented career artists.

But the highlights of the day were the Meet the Artist events. Attendees heard from Angela and Gabriel Collazo, collaborators both in life and on the canvas who capture the meaning of partnership in its fullest sense. They listened to Spotlight Gallery JG Fine Art owner Jacqueline Gilmore discuss her newest collection Playing with Fire and Rob Mango talk about how he used his early life as a medal-winning track star to fuel his art, literally using the intense training sessions to conjure inspirations and ideas for his early works. Other highlights included a live art demonstration by Tanner Lawley. For a full roster of the 200+ galleries and studio artists showcasing their work at Red Dot Miami, check out our exhibitor list.
